What are Raw Leads on Facebook?

Raw Facebook Leads is a term for a contact who filled out one of your Facebook forms. They remain a raw lead until you take action in the new Facebook Lead Management Tool.

Let's take a closer look at the new interface that is included in your Facebook Business Page:

You can now manage your Leads with Facebook’s Lead Management Tool that helps small businesses organize and maintain customer contact information.

Facebook has been changing it’s interface A LOT. If you are a business owner you may have noticed a new section called “Leads Center.”

There are 3 important features you should be using within the Lead Center, Let's take a look...

  1. Take advantage of the ability to email directly from Facebook. Each lead has all the information you need: date, name, e-mail, phone number, stage, source (listing where your lead came from: blog, video, post, etc..)

    2. The ability to create lookalike audiences directly from your                Ads. Get in front of more people that will engage with your ads            and become your customers.

Note: this feature may not be available to you yet. See Facebook's information: https://www.facebook.com/business/help/640692283205096

   3. The ability to manage your sales cycle. Set reminders, change           the status of customers, add notes.

Marketing Takeaways: Use the Facebook lead center to manage all of your leads.
