We Build the Digital Systems That Help Small Businesses Grow
Websites, learning systems, custom software, and practical AI, built for businesses that do not have an internal marketing, training, or development team.
Websites. Learning Systems. Business Software.
You Are Expected to Run Systems You Were Never Hired to Run

We help you work out what you actually need, then help you learn it, build it with us, or have us build it for you.

Your Website Should Be a System You Run, Not a Project You Finish
We design, build, host, and support small business websites, then keep the SEO, content, and AI-assisted tools working after launch. We have been doing this for more than 10 years, and we are rated 5.0 on Google across 46 reviews.
You can start with any part of it. Some businesses come to us for a rebuild because the current setup is the reason nothing can be updated. Others have a site that is fine and simply need someone to pick up the ongoing content and SEO work. We tell you which one you are looking at before you spend anything.
The work usually covers:
- Design, build, and redesigns
- SEO and content that keeps going
- Analytics and conversion tracking
- Hosting, maintenance, and support
- AI-assisted content management
- Marketing education along the way
AI is part of how we work, not what we sell. It handles the repetitive side of building pages, drafting content, and routine SEO, which is what keeps ongoing work affordable for a small business. It does not decide your strategy or your message, a person reviews every page before it goes live, and the accountability stays human.
Website builds start at $550 one-time plus managed hosting from $59 per month. Final pricing depends on page count, content, integrations, and support needs, and we quote it before you commit.

Learning the Tool Is the Easy Half
Knowing what to point it at is the part that takes teaching. The Marketing Launchpad is hands-on AI marketing training, practical workflows, and guided systems for websites, content, SEO, and automation. It is not a course filled with theory. It is a guided system that helps you understand the tools, build marketing workflows, and turn ideas into real campaigns.
Learning options may include:
- One-to-one consulting
- Live workshops
- Self-paced training
- Templates and workflows
- AI-assisted marketing systems
- Real-world examples and walkthroughs
Weekly workshops are free and the self-paced Marketing Launchpad is $23 per month. Some owners want to work through it with a person rather than on their own. Launchpad 12 is a structured 12-week program at $2,500 with personalized instruction, accountability, and direct application to your business. One-to-one consulting is $95 per hour, and we look at how your business runs before we tell you what to build.
Our goal is not to make you dependent on us. It is for you to understand what is happening and why.
Learn It at Your Own Pace, or Let a Tool Do It for You
On the learning side, Web Education Services runs two things side by side, and they share one login. The Member Hub is free with a WES account, and it holds the AI tools and every past Friday workshop replay. WES Learning, the self-paced Marketing Launchpad membership, is the course library at $23 per month, with courses on AI, marketing, and productivity built for business owners, not developers. You do not need one to use the other.
Four member tools sit in the hub behind that free account, plus every past Friday workshop replay. Social Media Builder is open today and gives you a week of posts with the captions written and a designed image for each one, including custom AI images featuring the people you choose. Campaign Builder, Launchpad (the campaign blueprint tool), and Launchpad Writer are being rebuilt in the hub and open to your account as each one ships.
What a free WES account covers:
- Social Media Builder, open now
- Every past Friday workshop replay
- Plain-English questions, nothing to install
- A saved library of everything you build in Social Media Builder
- Three more tools as each one ships
- No cost to create one
What you generate is yours to post, send, print, or hand to whoever runs your marketing. Short version: the tools and the replays are free with a WES account, and the $23 per month WES Learning membership is the course library you can add whenever you want it.

Sometimes the Software Your Business Needs Does Not Exist Yet
Off-the-shelf software does not always fit the way your business works. We can build tools around your processes instead of forcing your processes around your software.
That can look like:
- Internal dashboards
- Customer portals
- Workflow tools
- Automated processes
- Custom forms
- Business applications
The first question is never which technology to use. It is which part of your week takes longer than it should, and whether software is genuinely the fix.
What That Looks Like for a Real Business
Most owners do not walk in asking for an LMS implementation or a workflow tool. They walk in with one of these.
Need to train every new employee the same way?
We can turn your onboarding process into an online training program employees complete on their own and managers can track.
Have training sitting in PowerPoints and PDFs?
We can rebuild it as structured online learning and set up the system that delivers it, tracks it, and keeps it current.
Spending hours repeating the same business process?
We can look at how the work really flows and decide whether automation, a custom tool, or a simpler change is the right answer.
Website not generating leads?
We can rebuild it around your services, your customers, your search visibility, and the way you close business.
Turn What Your Business Knows Into Training That Scales
Most businesses already have training. It just lives in slide decks, PDFs, SOPs, recorded sessions, manuals, checklists, and in the heads of the people who have been there longest.
The material you already have:
- PowerPoints and PDFs
- Word documents and SOPs
- Videos and recorded presentations
- Instructor-led sessions
- Manuals and checklists
- What your experts carry in their heads
We organize that material, redesign it for the way people learn online, build the courses, set up the system that delivers them, and can keep running it after launch.
This is instructional design first and technology second. Not uploading a slide deck into a portal and calling it a course.

Built in the Tools Your Team Already Uses
We build interactive eLearning, SCORM and xAPI courses, microlearning, and full curriculum in the platforms your organization already runs, so what we create fits your workflow instead of adding another one.
Not sure which fits your project? That is what the discovery conversation is for.
Most Onboarding Ends With a Checkbox
Ours ends with a clear picture of what each employee actually learned, and where they need more support. A completion tick tells you someone reached the last page. It does not tell you whether they understood any of it.
What you can see instead:
- Which questions people got wrong, and how many tries it took
- Time per section, so you can spot where learners disengaged or got stuck
- Knowledge gaps, before they turn into performance problems on the job
- Plain-English flags telling managers which follow-up conversation to have
- Completion rates, quiz scores, and engagement trends in one dashboard
- Printable certificates for HR files and compliance records

When an Off-the-Shelf Platform Stops Fitting
Off-the-shelf platforms are fine, until they are not. When you need a learning environment shaped around your workflows, your brand, and your people, we build it rather than bending you around someone else’s product.
End to End
Architecture, design, hosting, configuration, and go-live. One point of contact rather than a handoff between three vendors.
Integrations
SCORM and xAPI, HRIS systems, single sign-on, Zoom, Salesforce. Learning fits into the working day instead of interrupting it.
Branded to You
Your logo, your colors, your voice throughout, so it reads as your platform rather than something bought off a shelf.
Support After Launch
Updates, new content, user management, and performance reviews. Hosting includes IT support, so when something breaks you have someone to call.
No enterprise contracts and no per-seat pricing. Just a reliable link you send to every new hire.
Three Ways to Work With Us
Wherever you are, there is a version of this that fits.
You want to understand it yourself
Education and guidance for owners and teams who want to build the skill in house.
Workshops, Marketing Launchpad, AI training, team training, business technology education.
You want a plan and a partner
Strategy and hands-on guidance while your team does the building.
Consulting, AI implementation, training strategy, LMS planning, software discovery, workflow and marketing planning.
You want it handled
We implement the whole thing and hand you something that works.
Websites, LMS implementations, course development, training conversion, custom software, portals, dashboards, automations, AI integrations.
One Team That Connects the Pieces
A web agency can build the website. A developer can build the application. An instructional designer can create the training. An AI consultant can recommend tools. Getting all four to agree is your problem.
WES brings those disciplines together under one roof:
- Web development
- Software development
- Digital marketing and SEO
- AI implementation
- Instructional design
- Curriculum and course development
- Business education
- More than ten years of small business work
That means your website, your training, and your internal tools can be built to work with each other, by people who already know your business, instead of being handed between vendors who never talk.
We Are a Small Business, Too
WES is a small, family-run company in New Port Richey, Florida. There is no account manager layer and no handoff to a team you never meet. You work with the people doing the work.
We know what it is like to run the business, serve the customers, keep up with the technology, and still be the person who has to figure out the website.

Not Ready for a Project? Start by Learning.
Workshops are the easiest way to see how we explain things before you commit to anything. Free resources and the Marketing Launchpad are there when you would rather go at your own pace.
And if you already know you need a website, a training system, or a software tool, skip all of it and just talk to us.
Frequently Asked Questions
What does Web Education Services do?
We build the digital systems small businesses use to market, train, operate, and grow. That comes down to three things: websites and digital marketing, training and LMS solutions, and custom software and AI solutions. We also teach owners who would rather learn to do it themselves.
Do you build LMS platforms?
Yes. We set up and configure learning management systems, build custom learning portals, and load them with courses. We run our own learning platform, WES Learning, so the setup, structure, and day to day administration are familiar territory.
Can you convert our existing training into online courses?
That is one of the main things we do. Slide decks, PDFs, SOPs, manuals, recorded sessions, and instructor-led material all become source content. We organize it, redesign it for online learning, and rebuild it as structured courses. The work is instructional design, not a file upload.
What if we do not already have an LMS?
Then we help you choose one and set it up. The right answer depends on how many people you are training, what you need to track, and what your budget looks like. Some businesses need a full platform. Some need a simple learning portal attached to their website.
Can you manage our LMS after launch?
Yes. Ongoing administration is available: adding users, publishing new courses, updating content, pulling completion reports, and keeping the system healthy. Plenty of small businesses do not have anyone whose job that would be.
What types of custom software can you build?
Internal business tools, dashboards, client and customer portals, workflow systems, custom forms, process automations, and applications that connect to your website. The projects that work best are the ones built around a process you already run every week.
Do you only build AI software?
No. AI runs through most of what we build now, but it is a capability, not the point. Sometimes the honest answer is that a form, a checklist, or a better process solves the problem and AI would only add cost.
Can you help us figure out what technology we actually need?
Yes, and it is usually the best first conversation. Owners often arrive certain they need one thing and leave knowing it was something else. We look at how your business actually runs before recommending anything.
Do we have to be located in Tampa Bay?
No. We are based in New Port Richey and work across Tampa Bay, but websites, training systems, and software projects all run fine remotely. We work with businesses in other areas as well.
What is the best way to get started?
A conversation. Tell us what is slowing the business down and we will tell you whether it is a website problem, a training problem, a software problem, or something simpler. If you would rather get a feel for us first, sit in on a workshop.
Not Sure What Your Business Needs? Let’s Figure It Out Together.
Tell us what is slowing you down. We will tell you whether it is a website problem, a training problem, a software problem, or something simpler than all three.
