Helping Small Businesses Build the Systems They Need
Websites and digital marketing, training and learning systems, custom software, and the teaching that goes with all three. Built for small businesses that do not have the team to do it in house.
10+ Years | 200+ Websites Launched and Managed | New Port Richey, Florida
Technology Should Help You Run Your Business, Not Overwhelm It
Small business owners are expected to understand websites, search engines, content, advertising, automation, analytics, and now artificial intelligence.
That is a lot to manage while also serving customers, leading a team, and running the business.
Web Education Services exists to make that work more understandable and more useful. We help business owners learn what matters, build the right systems, and use modern technology without getting buried in complexity.
Sometimes that means teaching. Sometimes it means building. Most often, it means doing both.
From Websites and Marketing Education to Training Systems and Software
For more than 10 years, Web Education Services has helped small businesses build websites, improve marketing, create content, and make better decisions about digital tools.
During that time, we have launched and managed more than 200 websites and worked directly with business owners across many industries. Those long-term relationships taught us something important: small businesses do not just need another vendor. They need a partner who can explain the technology, connect it to real business goals, and stay involved as the business changes.
What clients asked for kept widening. A website project would turn into a question about training new staff consistently, or about a process that ate a day every week. So the work widened too, into online training and learning systems, and into custom software built around how a business already runs. AI became part of how we deliver all of it.
The tools have changed. The purpose has not.
We are still here to help small business owners understand their options, take control of their marketing, and use technology with confidence.
We Believe Small Business Owners Should Understand the Systems They Depend On
Too many business owners are locked into platforms they cannot manage, marketing plans they do not understand, or technology projects that create more questions than answers.
WES takes a different approach.
- We explain what we are doing and why it matters.
- We recommend the smallest useful solution before adding complexity.
- We build around the way the business actually works.
- We use AI to improve speed and capability without removing human judgment.
- We help clients learn enough to make informed decisions.
- We stay focused on practical outcomes, not technology for technology’s sake.
Our goal is not to make clients dependent on us. Our goal is to give them better systems, better information, and the confidence to keep moving forward.

Justin Babcock
Founder, AI Educator, Website Strategist, and Software Builder
Justin Babcock works directly with small business owners to turn scattered ideas, manual processes, and outdated technology into practical marketing and business systems.
For more than a decade, he has built and managed websites, taught marketing workshops, guided business owners through digital strategy, and helped clients use technology more effectively.
Today, Justin combines that experience with modern AI development tools to build websites, content systems, automations, dashboards, and custom software faster and more collaboratively than traditional development processes allow.
His approach is straightforward: understand the business first, explain the options clearly, build what is useful, and teach the client how the system supports the larger goal.
“AI should make running your business easier. It should not become one more complicated thing you have to manage.”Justin Babcock Founder, Web Education Services
Dr. Rachelle Babcock
Co-Founder and Learning Designer
Rachelle is the co-founder of Web Education Services and the learning designer behind our courses and platforms.
She has spent more than fifteen years designing training across sectors for very different learners, with the same goal every time: training that changes what people can do.
She works side by side with subject-matter experts to turn what they know into training that works, and builds in the tools teams already run, including Articulate Storyline and Rise, Canvas, Moodle, and Blackboard, with SCORM and xAPI output.
She designed and built WES Learning end to end, the platform where our own courses, workshops, and analytics live.
“Most onboarding ends with a checkbox. Mine ends with a clear picture of what each employee actually learned, and where they need more support.”Dr. Rachelle Babcock Co-Founder, Web Education Services
Why “Education” Is Still at the Center of WES
The name Web Education Services reflects the way we work.
We believe business owners make better decisions when they understand the fundamentals behind their website, marketing, content, search visibility, automation, and AI tools.
That does not mean you have to become a developer or do everything yourself. It means you should understand what your systems are supposed to accomplish, what questions to ask, and where your time and money are going.
Education runs through everything we do, from workshops and the Marketing Launchpad to consulting, website projects, the training programs we build for clients, and custom software.

We Build With the Same Tools We Put in Front of Clients
We do not recommend systems we have not run ourselves.
This website is built and maintained the same way we build client sites. WES Learning, our own platform, runs the courses and workshops we teach. My AI Editor, Claude Code, Next.js, Vercel, GitHub, and connected marketing systems are the stack we work in every day.
That gives us a practical advantage: we learn by using the tools in real projects, identify what works, and bring those lessons directly to our clients and workshops.

Frequently Asked Questions About Web Education Services
What does Web Education Services do?
We build three things: websites and digital marketing, training and LMS solutions, and custom software and AI solutions. We also teach, through workshops, consulting, and the Marketing Launchpad, for owners who would rather build the skill in house.
Is WES a website company, a training company, or a software company?
None of those on its own. Most small businesses do not have a marketing department, a training team, or a developer, and the gaps are connected. A website project often turns into a training question, or a process that needs a tool. We do all three so the pieces fit together.
Will I work directly with Justin?
Yes. Web Education Services is family-run, and Justin works directly with clients on strategy, teaching, planning, and implementation.
Do I need to understand AI before working with WES?
No. WES is designed for business owners at every level, including people who are just beginning to explore AI.
Can WES work with my existing website?
In many cases, yes. We can review the site, recommend improvements, support a migration, or rebuild it if the current setup is the reason nothing can be updated. We tell you which before you spend anything.
Do you only work with businesses in Tampa Bay?
No. WES is based in New Port Richey and works with businesses locally and throughout the United States.
Can you train my team?
Yes, and there are two versions of that. We can teach your team directly through workshops and custom sessions, or we can build the training program itself, as online courses in a system that tracks who completed what.
What is the best way to get started?
A conversation. Tell us what is slowing the business down and we will tell you whether it is a website problem, a training problem, a software problem, or something simpler. If you would rather get a feel for us first, sit in on a workshop.
Tell Us What You Are Trying to Fix
You do not need another list of tools or another platform. You need a clear next step built around your business.
Bring us the website, the training, the process that keeps eating your week, or just the vague sense that something should be easier.
