About Millennium Lawn & Landscape

Millennium is a design-build landscaping, hardscape, tree service and construction company serving Hillsborough, Pinellas, Pasco and Hernando counties. It is a certified woman-owned business, family-operated for more than 25 years in Tampa Bay, and it runs its own 20-acre plant and tree nursery. That is a lot to fit into one landscaping website design: three divisions, a nursery and a commercial side.

The challenge

Why They Came to Us

Millennium came to us with an outdated WordPress site: a small site for a big business. The office ran on paper job jackets, CAD and Outlook. They needed a modern site that showed everything they do and gave customers an easy way to ask for an estimate.

  • The pages barely covered their services: three divisions, a 20-acre nursery and a commercial side squeezed into a handful of pages.
  • The only lead capture was a contact page with a phone number on it.
  • Page titles and meta descriptions repeated from page to page, so Google had little to tell the pages apart.
  • No CRM or job software, and estimates booked in Outlook, so no single place showed what was on the books this week.
  • Design concepts built by hand across several programs, then printed and scanned.
The plan

What We Proposed

We proposed three steps: rebuild and modernize the website, audit it, then grow it with our full SEO and content program. Alongside that, custom software to carry a job from the first website inquiry to a signed approval.

  • Website: rebuild every existing page on its existing address, rewrite and expand the 13 service pages, and move to a fast static site with My AI Editor, in 3 to 4 weeks.
  • Home page first: a premium redesign the client approved before the full build began.
  • Full SEO and content: social posts 4 days a week on Facebook, Instagram and Google Business Profile, regular blogs, new pages every month, Google Ads management and monthly reporting.
  • Software: a field app that turns a photo of the yard into a design concept, a budget range and a proposal, tied into a lead pipeline.
The build

What We Built

Website

A hand-built static site on Vercel that launched with all 29 legacy URLs and has grown to 50 pages.

  • Launched July 3, 2026, 16 days after the project was signed. Every legacy URL kept its exact address, so launch day needed no redirects.
  • 13 service pages rewritten and 6 added: storm response, municipal landscaping, stump grinding, outdoor kitchens, commercial quote requests and certified arborist.
  • Galleries rebuilt from the client's own project photos; the pavers gallery grew from 5 photos to 28.
  • A 3-step estimate wizard that branches by service, takes an optional photo with location data stripped in the browser, and sends the customer a branded confirmation email.
  • LocalBusiness, Service, FAQPage and breadcrumb schema, plus My AI Editor inline editing on every page.

Admin portal

A private back office where the office team works every lead, launched the same day as the site.

  • An inbox, a leads pipeline board with stages that match how the office works, and a Spam and Blocked view.
  • Millie, an AI leads assistant that searches leads, adds notes, reads uploaded spreadsheets and PDFs, and books estimates after reading the details back. Every change it makes is logged.
  • An Estimate Calendar: the customer gets a confirmation and the office gets a calendar invite that lands in Outlook.
  • Paste-a-lead: paste a phone note or forwarded email and the lead's fields fill themselves in.
  • Two-way lead sync and single sign-on with ProjectScape, so nobody retypes a customer.

Content Studio

Millennium was the first client on the WES Content Studio, where its marketing is planned, approved and published.

  • A content strategy built from their real Google Ads and Search Console data.
  • The office approves each piece by email before anything goes out.
  • 13 new blog posts published straight to the website from August 6 to October 20, 2026.
  • Facebook and Instagram posts have published automatically since August 4, 2026.
  • A photo library grown to 245 images, including 53 recovered from the Facebook archive.

ProjectScape AI field app

A custom app that turns a photo of the customer's real yard into a design concept, a budget range and a proposal.

  • A field tech photographs the yard, and AI edits the new design into that same photo, keeping the house, fence and sight lines.
  • The price book was built from the lead designer's real quotes, and the engine reproduces a real customer quote to the dollar.
  • Six service paths, from landscaping and hardscaping to outdoor living, lighting, pool areas and full yard transformations, with Quick and Guided intake.
  • Paint-to-mask editing changes only the painted area. In testing, not one of 750,592 measured pixels outside it changed.
  • Proposals take a drawn e-signature, and the signed copy is frozen and fingerprinted.

Google Ads management

We review the account every week and build landing pages where the ads need them.

  • Search, Performance Max and a Brand campaign, with the company name blocked in the other campaigns so they stop paying for people already searching for Millennium.
  • Performance Max asset groups pointed at the sod, pavers, tiki hut and tree service pages.
  • Stump grinding, outdoor kitchen and certified arborist pages built for ad traffic.
  • Traffic source captured on every page, so each lead in the portal shows where it came from.
  • 11 marketing audits from August 18 to October 20, 2026, covering GA4, Search Console, Google Ads, leads and spam.
Problem solving

How We Solved the Hard Parts

  1. Replacing the old site without losing an address

We rebuilt all 29 existing URLs on their exact addresses, so launch day needed no redirects, and in October 2026 all 35 URLs with Search Console impressions still load a live page.

  2. Ads landing on pages that did not exist

Google rated the stump grinding and outdoor kitchen keywords below average on landing page experience because no matching page existed. We built a dedicated page for each, so those ads now land on the service they promise.

  3. Design concepts assembled by hand

The lead designer was building each concept across several programs, then printing and scanning it. ProjectScape edits the new design into a photo of the real yard, with a first concept in about 24 seconds in production testing.

  4. Phone and email leads were going unlogged

Typing six fields off a phone screen was too much friction, so leads from calls and forwarded emails were not being logged. Paste-a-lead fills in the fields from pasted text and keeps the original wording.

  5. A signed proposal must never change

Each signed proposal is frozen and fingerprinted. In testing, we changed the underlying quote after signing, and the signed copy stayed exactly as it was.

Results

The Results So Far

We rebuilt the site, modernized it and audited it. Then Millennium moved onto our full SEO services package, and that is when the real growth started: posts 4 days a week, regular blogs and new pages added every month. The site now grows with the company, and it has become a lead machine. Organic search sessions are up 184%, comparing the 90 days before the July 3, 2026 launch with the latest 90 days.

We review the account every week, and we check the conversions Google Ads counts against real calls and form leads, so Millennium sees what the ads actually produce. ProjectScape is in use in the field, and we keep shipping what the field team asks for, like the lead designer's three requests, delivered in eleven days.

Organic sessions are GA4's Organic Search channel, comparing the 90 days before launch with the latest 90 days.

Questions

Questions About This Project

What was Millennium's website like before?

An outdated WordPress site with only a few pages for a large company. The only way to reach them online was a contact page with a phone number, and page titles and descriptions repeated across the site.

How long did the Millennium website take?

16 days, from the signed project on June 17, 2026 to launch on July 3, 2026, inside the 3 to 4 weeks in the proposal. The home page design was approved before the project began.

What does the ProjectScape field app do?

A field tech photographs the customer's yard, and AI edits the proposed design into that same photo. For work in Millennium's own price book, built from their real quotes, the app produces a budget range and a proposal the customer can sign.

Can Millennium's team update the website themselves?

Yes. My AI Editor's inline editor is on every page, and the team was invited on launch day. New blog posts come through the Content Studio, where the office approves each one by email.
