Do I have to pay to use the tools?
No. Every tool in the Member Hub is free with a WES account, and so are the workshop replays. The $23 per month WES Learning membership is a separate product. It is the self-paced course library, not the tools.
What do I actually get when I use a tool?
Finished work, not suggestions. Social Media Builder is open today and gives you a week of posts with captions and matching images, and every past Friday workshop is available to watch on demand. Campaign Builder, Launchpad, and Launchpad Writer are being rebuilt in the member hub and open to your account as each one ships.
Do I need to know anything about AI to use them?
No. Each tool asks plain-English questions about your business, your service, and who you are trying to reach. You answer in your own words and the tool does the rest. There is nothing to install, no prompts to write, and no settings to configure.
Can I use what the tools create in my own marketing?
Yes. What you generate is yours to post, send, print, or hand to whoever runs your marketing. Read it before it goes out, the same way you would read anything else written for your business, and edit anything that does not sound like you.
How do I get help if I get stuck?
Bring your question to a Friday workshop and we will walk through it live, watch a replay in the hub, or contact us and we will point you to the right tool.
Is the Member Hub the same thing as WES Learning?
No, they are two different places. The Member Hub is free and holds the AI tools and the workshop replays. WES Learning is the $23 per month self-paced course library. You do not need one to use the other.
