Training & LMS Solutions

Turn What Your Business Knows Into Training That Scales

We take the training you already have, redesign it for online learning, build the courses, set up the system that delivers them, and can keep running it after launch.

The Problem

Training That Only Works When You Are in the Room Does Not Scale

Every new hire gets a slightly different version. The person who knows the process best is the person who can least afford to spend a day walking someone through it. Nobody can tell you who has actually been trained on what.

Online training fixes that, but only if it is designed properly. A slide deck posted to a portal is not a course.

Start Where You Are

You Probably Have More Training Than You Think

Most businesses are not starting from nothing. The material exists. It is just scattered, inconsistent, and in formats nobody wants to sit through.

All of this is usable source material:

  • PowerPoints
  • PDFs
  • Word documents
  • SOPs and process docs
  • Videos
  • Recorded presentations
  • Instructor-led sessions
  • Manuals and checklists
  • Internal documents
  • What your experts carry in their heads

That last one matters most. When the person who knows how everything works is unavailable, retired, or simply busy, the knowledge goes with them. Getting it out of their head and into a course is often the whole reason a business calls us.

The Process

From Scattered Knowledge to a Working Training Program

You do not have to take on every stage. Some businesses need the whole path. Some already have courses and just need the system underneath them.

STEP 1Existing Knowledge
STEP 2Instructional Design
STEP 3Course Development
STEP 4LMS Buildout
STEP 5Launch
STEP 6Ongoing Management
1

Discover

A deep dive into your goals, your audience, the content you already have, and your constraints. We agree the scope before a single slide gets built.

2

Design

Storyboards and learning objectives mapped to Bloom’s Taxonomy, plus a visual prototype you sign off before full development starts.

3

Develop

The full build in your chosen platform: interactivity, media, assessments, and SCORM packaging included.

4

Review

Structured review rounds with clear revision cycles, and a live preview link so your stakeholders can see it rather than imagine it.

5

Launch

Final QA, LMS upload support, and a check-in after launch to confirm it is running the way it should.

Program Types

What Businesses Ask Us to Build

Employee onboarding

Ramp new hires faster. Turn a chaotic first week into a consistent start every hire gets, with progress managers can actually see.

Compliance and required training

Stay audit ready. Scenario-based courses that turn a dense manual into decisions people remember, with clean completion records behind them.

Leadership and skills development

Build real capability. Multi-module curricula and certificate tracks that grow lasting skill rather than a pile of completions.

Sales enablement

Keep every rep on message. Right-sized, on-brand microlearning you can keep current, so the pitch and the objection handling never go stale.

Customer and client education

Cut the support load. Training that teaches customers how to use what you sell, which for some businesses becomes a product of its own.

Getting an expert out of their own head

Protect what one person knows. Sometimes the whole project is capturing that before it walks out the door. We interview, structure, and build.

See It In Action

A 40-Page Handbook, Rebuilt as a 45-Minute Experience

Rather than describe what we build, here is one you can click through. It is a real onboarding program, not a slideshow of screenshots.

  • Interactive module with scenario-based learning
  • Knowledge checks with instant feedback
  • An AI workplace coaching activity
  • A printable certificate of completion
  • Live analytics and struggle detection
  • No LMS subscription needed to try it
How We Build

Built in the Tools Your Team Already Uses

We build interactive eLearning, SCORM and xAPI courses, microlearning, and full curriculum in the platforms your organization already runs, so what we create fits your workflow instead of adding another one.

Not sure which fits your project? That is what the discovery conversation is for.

Analytics

Most Onboarding Ends With a Checkbox

Ours ends with a clear picture of what each employee actually learned, and where they need more support. A completion tick tells you someone reached the last page. It does not tell you whether they understood any of it.

What you can see instead:

  • Which questions people got wrong, and how many tries it took
  • Time per section, so you can spot where learners disengaged or got stuck
  • Knowledge gaps, before they turn into performance problems on the job
  • Plain-English flags telling managers which follow-up conversation to have
  • Completion rates, quiz scores, and engagement trends in one dashboard
  • Printable certificates for HR files and compliance records

Custom Learning Systems

When an Off-the-Shelf Platform Stops Fitting

Off-the-shelf platforms are fine, until they are not. When you need a learning environment shaped around your workflows, your brand, and your people, we build it rather than bending you around someone else’s product.

End to End

Architecture, design, hosting, configuration, and go-live. One point of contact rather than a handoff between three vendors.

Integrations

SCORM and xAPI, HRIS systems, single sign-on, Zoom, Salesforce. Learning fits into the working day instead of interrupting it.

Branded to You

Your logo, your colors, your voice throughout, so it reads as your platform rather than something bought off a shelf.

Support After Launch

Updates, new content, user management, and performance reviews. Hosting includes IT support, so when something breaks you have someone to call.

No enterprise contracts and no per-seat pricing. Just a reliable link you send to every new hire.

Why WES

Instructional Design and the Technology to Deliver It

Training projects usually stall in one of two places. Either the content is good and nobody can get the platform working, or the platform is fine and the courses are unwatchable.

WES does both halves. We design the learning and we build the system that delivers it, which means there is no handoff between a course designer and a developer who have never spoken.

We also run our own learning platform, WES Learning, where our courses and weekly workshops live. The setup, the structure, and the daily administration are not theoretical to us.

  • Instructional design, not slide conversion
  • Course development and LMS work under one roof
  • Built for small businesses without a training department
  • We can stay on and administer it, or hand you the keys
FAQ

Training and LMS Questions

What if we do not already have an LMS?

Then choosing one is part of the project. The right answer depends on how many people you are training, what you need to track, whether the audience is staff or customers, and what you want to spend. Some businesses need a full platform. Some need a simple learning portal attached to their website.

We already have an LMS. Can you just build courses in it?

Yes. Plenty of businesses buy a platform, load two courses, and stall. We can pick it up from there, build the courses, and configure the parts that were never set up properly.

How much of our existing material can you actually use?

More than you would expect, though rarely as it stands. Slide decks and manuals are usually accurate and badly sequenced for self-paced learning. The content survives; the structure gets rebuilt.

What does instructional design actually mean here?

Deciding what someone needs to be able to do, in what order they should learn it, how the material should be broken up, where to check understanding, and how to keep attention. It is the difference between a course people finish and a course people click through.

Can you track who has completed training?

Yes. Completion tracking and reporting are part of the LMS configuration, so managers can see who has finished what without chasing anyone.

Can you manage the LMS after launch?

Yes. Adding users, publishing courses, updating content, and pulling reports can all stay with us. Most small businesses do not have anyone whose job that would be.

Do you use AI to build the training?

Where it helps. AI speeds up drafting, restructuring source material, and producing supporting assets. It does not decide what your people need to know or whether a course works. That part stays human.

How long does a training project take?

It depends on how much material exists, how many courses you need, and how quickly your subject-matter experts can review drafts. A single onboarding course is a very different project from a full compliance program. We scope it before you commit.
