Get back hours each year by using Keyboard Shortcuts: 5 Quick Guides

Justin Babcock • February 15, 2021

Did you know that you can save hours a year by using keyboard shortcuts? Check out our 5 Quick Guides.

Shortcuts

You might already know the shortcuts to copy, paste and select all (Ctrl+C, Ctrl+V, and Ctrl+A). However, Windows offers many other keyboard shortcuts that save you time and effort as you work on your computer.

If you spend a lot of time at your computer, you are probably clicking with your mouse all day. What if you could save time by only typing and not clicking? In fact, by clicking with a mouse instead of using a keyboard shortcut for the same function, you lose 2 second for every minute you spend hunched over a computer.

Assuming you work 8 hours a day, roughly 240 days a year, you waste up to 64 hours a year if you don’t use any keyboard shortcuts. We decided to put together 5 shortcut guide of our most used shortcuts in different programs (Facebook, Gmail, Windows, Mac, Zoom). Download our guide below 👇🏻
