Create Marketing Graphics In Under 2 Minutes With This Simple Process!

Justin Babcock • June 30, 2022

You don't have time to mess around. You need marketing graphics that look good, but you don't have the budget to buy graphics every time you want to post to social media.

To complicate things more, you know that your brand needs a consistent look across all of your marketing content. You need people to easily recognize and connect with your company. But how do you keep your brand's look consistent without spending hundreds of dollars on each graphic?

That's where Canva comes in. With just a few clicks in Canva's simple design editor, you can create beautiful marketing graphics in under two minutes!

Watch our video below to see how easy it is, and follow along with our written instructions below.

Step 1: Go to your The Marketing Launchpad account. If you don't have an account, use our demo account.

Step 2: Scroll down to the Images & Video section. Left-click on the Canva logo.

Note: if you haven't written anything to go along with your graphic, head back to the "write a post title" section and follow the Writing Instructions.

Step 3: Log into Canva if you haven't already. From the home page, scroll down to the Recent Designs Library. Find the design you like. Hover over the design. Left-click on the three dots in the upper right-hand corner of the design, and left-click on "make a copy".

Step 4: Left-click on the new design in your "Recent Designs" library. The thumbnail will be titled "Copy of..." and appear as the first thumbnail in your Recent Designs.

Step 5: Double-click on the design title at the top of the editor. Delete the old name of the design and replace it with your new title.

Step 6: Revise your design. You can revise your design by double-clicking on text boxes and revising titles, subtitles, and calls to action. You can replace pictures by uploading photos and dragging them over top of the photos you wish to replace.

Note: for a more in-depth explanation of creating and revising templates, check out our post How To Set Up Multiple Templates In Canva.

Step 7: Click on the Share button in the upper-right hand corner, click on the download menu, click on the file type drop-down menu, select MP4, and click on the download button.

Step 8: Click on the Share button in the upper-right hand corner, click on the download menu, click on the file type drop-down menu, select JPG, and click on the download button.

And just like that, you have a video and graphic to post!
