Let’s dive into a step-by-step explanation of how to produce visual content in PowerPoint. Our step by step guide should provide you with enough PowerPoint knowledge to start building your own images! Let's get started.


Step-By-Step Guide


Step 1: Pick a free image to alter, Visit unsplash.com 

Step 2: Download the image.

Step 3: Open a blank document in PowerPoint.

Step 4: Click on “Design” then “Slide Size” then click on “Standard” (Ensure fit). 

Step 5: Click on “Insert” then “Picture”- insert downloaded image from your device under “downloaded”

Step 6: PowerPoint will generate Design Ideas. If PowerPoint does not, you can click on “Design” and then “Design Ideas”

Step 7: Pick a generated idea or insert your own “text box” 

Step 8: Add your message. 

Step 9: Edit as needed.

Step 10: Save as a JPEG- all slides.


Now you have a saved image you can use for social media posts or for email marketing!
