Cypress Woods Running Club wanted an easy way to let parents, kids, and teachers know about the students progress on the track. By integrating Google sheets and the website, Volunteers can post stats in real time and update everyone immediately. 

Challenge

The club had a stand alone club page on the main PTA website. However, the running club had more information than your average club. The volunteers were collecting data about each member and the kids were competing . The kids and parents wanted an easy way to see their status.

Solution

Within two days, Web Education Services was able to build a site for the running club and embed Google charts into the pages. Because it was a non-profit, Web Education Services was able to build the site at cost. Best of all, the site is mobile friendly.
