About Erin Gwillim

Erin Gwillim Realty is the business of Erin Gwillim, a REALTOR in Dunedin, Florida, affiliated with Charles Rutenberg Realty. She helps buyers, sellers and investors across Pinellas County and the Greater Tampa Area. Erin was already a WES marketing client, so this real estate agent website design project was about moving her site off Duda while keeping her design and her own words.

The challenge

Why They Came to Us

Erin's site was on Duda, and the move had to keep her design and her own words as they were.

  • Her Duda export listed 13 blog posts but held none of the article text.
  • Six of the 42 images in the export were empty files.
  • Every page had to match her design and copy, with any change made on purpose and listed for review.
  • The listing calculator needed a clearer, guided flow without changing its pricing math.
  • Every form had to feed the WES lead pipeline and show success only when a lead was actually received.
The plan

What We Proposed

We planned a page-by-page rebuild of her Duda site, followed by an admin portal and our 90-day SEO program.

  • Match her design, and her copy word for word, checked against the export and full-page captures of the old site.
  • Make only deliberate changes, each one listed for review.
  • Put every form on the WES lead pipeline and rebuild the blog on the WES blog template.
  • Add an admin portal shaped around a listing agent's two kinds of requests, then run the first scored SEO audit at day 40.
The build

What We Built

Website

11 pages and 13 blog posts on a static site in her navy, gold and sand palette.

  • Home, About, Buyers, Sellers, Investors, Blog, Contact, Listing Calculator, Home Evaluation, Search and Thank You pages, plus a 404 page.
  • Self-hosted Montserrat and DM Sans fonts, a header that stays in view and slims down as you scroll, and one shared header, call-to-action band and footer on every page.
  • Three lead forms: a quick message on every page, a consultation request and a free home evaluation that captures the property details.
  • A footer with her REALTOR designation, license number, Charles Rutenberg Realty, Equal Housing Opportunity, and her Google review and Zillow links.
  • Edits by Erin in My AI Editor: she relabeled her homepage buttons and added her broker's logo to the footer herself.

Recovered blog

All 13 articles rebuilt on the WES blog template.

  • 9,537 words plus inline images recovered, then cleaned up so they read properly, with no leftover builder code or run-together words.
  • Buyers and Sellers category filters, search and a related-articles sidebar.
  • The homepage pulls the latest three posts from the blog, so new posts show up there on their own.

Listing calculator

Rebuilt as a five-step guided flow with a price-position gauge and a plain-English verdict.

  • Context at each step so sellers know what they are entering.
  • Original pricing math unchanged, verified at price differences of minus 25, 0, plus 15 and plus 50 percent.

SEO and analytics

Local search signals and tracking, tightened at the day-40 audit.

  • RealEstateAgent structured data with her location, hours, price range and logo, plus WebApplication structured data on the calculator.
  • Breadcrumb data on 20 pages, a full set of social sharing tags on 22 pages, and five short page titles rewritten with local search terms.
  • GA4 through Google Tag Manager, with events for form submissions, phone clicks and email clicks, and consent defaults that apply only in the EEA, UK and Switzerland.
  • Domain switched over at GoDaddy with the Search Console verification record kept in place.

Admin portal

A private portal in her brand colors, built around a listing agent's two kinds of requests: home evaluations and consultations.

  • Home Evaluations view with ASAP sellers highlighted and timeline filters.
  • Consultations view showing buying, selling or investing interest, preferred day and time, and source.
  • Leads pipeline with an Add lead button for walk-ins and phone calls, plus Spam and Blocked and a blog chooser.
  • Dates and times shown in Eastern time for Dunedin.
Problem solving

How We Solved the Hard Parts

  1. A blog export with no articles

The Duda export held the 13 post titles but not the text. We found the same articles still published in a live RSS feed, recovered all of them, 9,537 words plus inline images, and cleaned them up so they read properly.

  2. Empty image files

Six of the 42 exported images were empty files. We pulled those six from the old platform's image server and converted all 42 to WebP.

  3. A faithful copy, on purpose

We matched her design and copy page by page against the export and full-page captures of the old site. Every deliberate change was listed for review instead of made quietly.

  4. A calculator sellers can follow

We rebuilt the listing calculator as a five-step guided flow with a price-position gauge and a plain-English verdict, and checked that the original math still gives the same answers.

  5. A day-40 search tune-up

Our first scored audit at day 40 found gaps in breadcrumbs, social sharing tags, structured data and short page titles. We fixed them the same day, and her WES SEO audit score went from 74 to 93.

Results

The Results So Far

Erin's site went live on eringwillim.com on August 13, 2026, the day after the rebuild began, with her design, her words and all 13 blog articles in place. On August 21 she used My AI Editor to relabel her homepage buttons as Buy with Erin and Sell with Erin and to add her broker's logo to the footer, on her own.

At day 40 we ran her first scored audit and made the fixes that same day, which took her WES SEO audit score from 74 to 93. Next we watch how quickly Google picks up those changes, in the next re-audit of our 90-day SEO program.

The WES SEO audit score is out of 100 and was measured on all 22 indexable pages of the live site before and after the day-40 fixes; the other figures are build counts from the project records.
