Terms of Service
These terms explain how our website and services work, what you can expect from us, and what we ask of you in return. We wrote them to be read, not skimmed past.
Effective August 18, 2026
The Short Version
Legal pages do not have to be confusing. Here is the plain-English summary, with the full terms below.
Education, Not Guarantees
We teach real skills and build real tools, but business results depend on your market and your effort. We promise honest work, not specific outcomes.
Clear, Secure Billing
Purchases and subscriptions run through my.webeducationservices.com and are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details.
Fair Use, Both Ways
Your business content stays yours. Our courses and materials stay ours. Use the site honestly and we will get along fine.
This summary is here for convenience. The numbered sections below are the full agreement.
The Agreement and the Services It Covers
1. Agreement to These Terms
These Terms of Service are an agreement between you and Web Education Services, a web design, marketing education, and AI consulting company based in New Port Richey, Florida. In these terms, "we," "us," and "our" mean Web Education Services, and "you" means the person or business using our website or services.
By using webeducationservices.com, registering for a workshop, purchasing a course or subscription, creating an account on my.webeducationservices.com, or hiring us for any service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site or the services.
These terms took effect on August 18, 2026.
2. The Services We Provide
Web Education Services helps small business owners use technology with confidence. The services described on this site include:
- AI-powered websites, built and managed for small businesses
- The Marketing Launchpad, our guided marketing learning system
- Weekly workshops and other live and on-demand training
- One-to-one consulting and AI instruction
- Custom AI software development
Individual projects and engagements may have their own written scope, pricing, and schedule. When a project agreement and these terms say different things, the project agreement controls for that project.
We improve our services over time, which means features, content, and offerings can change. If a change affects something you have already paid for, we will tell you and make it right.
Education, Results, and Payments
3. Educational Content and No Guaranteed Results
Much of what we offer is education: courses, workshops, guides, templates, and one-to-one instruction. We build it from real client work and keep it as accurate, practical, and current as we can.
Education is not a guarantee. Your results depend on your business, your market, your effort, and plenty of factors nobody controls. We do not promise specific business outcomes, such as revenue, leads, rankings, or growth, from any course, workshop, consultation, website, or software we provide.
Our content is also not legal, financial, or tax advice. For decisions in those areas, talk with a licensed professional who knows your situation.
4. Payments, Subscriptions, and Billing
Purchases and subscriptions are handled on my.webeducationservices.com, our learning and account platform. Payments are processed by Stripe, a third-party payment processor. We never see or store your full card details; Stripe handles them under its own terms and privacy policy.
Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from your account on my.webeducationservices.com, and cancellation stops future charges at the end of the current billing period. Prices are always shown before you buy, and we will give you notice before a price change takes effect on a renewal.
If a payment fails or a charge is disputed, we may pause access to paid content until it is resolved. If you ever believe a charge is wrong, email justin@webeducationservices.com before opening a dispute. Most billing questions get fixed faster in an inbox than in a claim.
Intellectual Property and Acceptable Use
5. Intellectual Property
The materials we create, including this website, our courses, workshop recordings, videos, guides, templates, and graphics, belong to Web Education Services and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
When you purchase a course, membership, or subscription, you get a personal, non-transferable license to use those materials in your own business. You may not resell them, republish them, share your login, or repackage our materials as your own product.
Your content stays yours. Logos, photos, copy, and business information you share with us remain your property, and you give us permission to use them only as needed to deliver the work you hired us for.
Ownership of work we build for you, such as a website or custom software, is set out in the project agreement for that engagement. Third-party trademarks and product names that appear on this site belong to their respective owners.
6. Acceptable Use
We keep this list short because most people never need it. When you use our website or services, you agree not to:
- Break the law or infringe on anyone else's rights
- Try to access accounts, systems, or data that are not yours
- Interfere with the security or operation of the site
- Copy, scrape, or harvest our content or data without permission
- Upload malicious code or use our services to send spam
- Misrepresent who you are or your relationship with us
If an account violates these rules we may suspend or close it, and we will explain why unless the law prevents us from doing so.
Disclaimers and Liability
7. Third-Party Services and Links
Our services work alongside third-party tools, such as Stripe for payments and other platforms we may recommend or connect during a project. Those tools operate under their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for them. A link from our site to an outside resource is a convenience, not an endorsement of everything found there.
8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
We stand behind our work, and we are also honest about limits. The website and our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Web Education Services is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of your use of the website or services.
Our total liability for any claim connected to these terms or the services is limited to the amount you paid us for the service that gave rise to the claim during the twelve months before the claim arose.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty or liability limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
Governing Law, Changes, and Contact
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Florida, and both sides consent to that venue.
Before anyone heads to court, we ask for the chance to make things right. Email us, explain the problem, and give us thirty days to work on a fix. In our experience, that solves almost everything.
10. Changes to These Terms
As our services grow, these terms will occasionally change with them. When they do, we will update the effective date at the top of this page, and for significant changes we will make reasonable efforts to notify you, such as an email to account holders or a notice on the site. Continuing to use the website or services after a change means you accept the updated terms.
11. Contact Us
Questions about these terms, your account, or a charge? Email Justin Babcock at justin@webeducationservices.com and you will get an answer from a person, not a form letter.
For details on how we collect and handle personal information, see our Privacy Policy.
Have a Question About These Terms?
We would rather explain something clearly now than surprise you later. Ask us anything about billing, licensing, or how an engagement works.
