Privacy Policy
This page explains what information Web Education Services collects, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Our Approach to Your Privacy
Effective date: August 18, 2026
Web Education Services is a small marketing and education business based in New Port Richey, Florida. This policy covers our main website, webeducationservices.com, and our learning platform, my.webeducationservices.com.
We wrote this policy the same way we teach: in plain English. If anything here is unclear, email us at justin@webeducationservices.com and we will explain it.
The Short Version
- We only collect information you choose to share through forms and course signups
- We use standard analytics to understand which pages actually help visitors
- Payments are processed by Stripe, and we never see or store your card number
- We do not sell your personal information
- You can ask what we have about you, or ask us to delete it, at any time
Information We Collect
Contact forms. When you send us a message through a contact form, we collect your name, your email address, your phone number if you include it, and the message itself. We use this information to reply to you and to keep a record of the conversation.
Course and workshop signups. When you create an account or enroll in a course, workshop, or membership on my.webeducationservices.com, we collect your name, your email address, and the course or plan you chose. If you make a purchase, we receive a record of the transaction, such as the item, the amount, and the date.
Email list signups. If you join our email list, we collect your email address and, if you provide it, your name.
We do not ask for more than we need, and we never collect payment card numbers ourselves. Stripe handles those directly, as explained below.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics, loaded through Google Tag Manager, to understand how people use this site: which pages get visited, how visitors find us, and which content is helpful.
Analytics data is collected in aggregate. It tells us things like how many times a page was visited this week, not who you are. It is not connected to your name or contact details unless you submit a form.
You can limit analytics collection by blocking cookies in your browser settings or by using a browser privacy tool.
Cookies
Cookies are small text files a website stores in your browser. We use them for two things:
- Keeping you signed in to your account on my.webeducationservices.com
- Measuring site traffic through Google Analytics, as described above
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time. The site will still work, though you may need to sign in more often and some features may not remember your preferences.
Email Communications
If you submit a form, sign up for a course, or join our email list, we may email you. That can include replies to your questions, receipts, course and workshop updates, and occasional educational content we think will help your business.
We send email through Resend, our email delivery provider.
Every marketing email we send includes an unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing stops marketing emails immediately. It does not stop the emails you still need, such as receipts or important account notices.
Third-Party Processors
We keep our list of vendors short. These are the companies that process information on our behalf:
Stripe. Processes payments for courses and services purchased on my.webeducationservices.com. Your card details go directly to Stripe over an encrypted connection. We never see or store your full card number.
Google. Provides the analytics tools described above, Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager, along with the business tools we use to run Web Education Services, such as email and document storage.
Resend. Delivers the email we send, including form replies, receipts, and newsletters.
Each of these companies processes your information only to provide their service to us, under their own privacy policies and security practices.
Data Retention
We keep form submissions, course records, and email history for as long as we need them to serve you and run the business.
Contact form messages are kept while we are working with you and for a reasonable period afterward, so we have context if you come back. Course and purchase records are kept for as long as your account is active, plus the time we are required to keep transaction records for tax and accounting purposes.
If you ask us to delete your information, we will remove it from our active systems. The only exceptions are records we are required to keep, such as payment and tax records.
Your Rights and Choices
You do not need to cite a specific law to make a request. Just email us. You can ask us to:
- Tell you what information we have about you
- Correct information that is wrong or out of date
- Delete your information
- Unsubscribe you from marketing emails
Send any request to justin@webeducationservices.com and we will respond promptly. We do not sell your personal information, and we never will.
Changes to This Policy
If we change this policy, we will post the updated version on this page with a new effective date. If a change meaningfully affects how we handle your information, we will say so plainly at the top of the page.
