What You Get Every Month
We do all of it, including managing your ads, for one flat price.
Every Activity, Explained
What we do, why it matters, and the small part that is yours.
Blog Posts
4 a month
- A post about recent work: what the customer needed, what you did, and how it turned out
- Answers to the questions customers ask before they hire you
- Seasonal tips, featured services and current offers
- Written so Google can find it, with links to your service pages
Why we do it: Every post is another page Google can show, proof of the work you do, and something real to share on Facebook, Instagram and in email.
Your part: Send photos and a few details about the work. We write it, and you approve it before it goes live.
Social Posts
3 a week, on Facebook, Instagram and your Google Business Profile
- Recent work, and before and after photos
- Tips your customers can use
- Your team, your reviews and your featured services
- Offers, and your newest blog post
- Each post sized and worded to fit each site
Why we do it: Your pages show anyone who looks you up that you are active, real and doing good work.
Your part: Send photos when you have them, and approve each post from your inbox.
Video Reels
1 a week, on Facebook and Instagram
- A short video showing your work, a quick tip, or your team
- Made from your clips or photos, edited and posted for you
Why we do it: Short videos are a big part of what people watch on Facebook and Instagram, and they show your work in motion.
Your part: Send short clips from your phone when you have them, and approve each reel before it goes out.
Marketing Emails
Every week
- Recent work and seasonal tips
- Service reminders and featured services
- Offers and promotions
- Sent to past customers and people who have asked about your services
Why we do it: The people who already know you are the easiest ones to win again, and email keeps you in mind for next time.
Your part: Approve each email before it is sent. We write it, design it and send it.
SEO for Google
Every month
On your website and listings
- Research into the words your customers actually search for
- Better service pages
- Page titles and descriptions that show up in Google
- Clear headings, and links between your pages
- Descriptions on your images, so Google can read them
- The names of the towns and neighborhoods you serve
- Clear ways to call or contact you
- Your Google Business Profile (the box with your hours and reviews on Google Maps), filled out and kept current
Under the hood
- A scan of your whole website for problems, the way Google sees it
- Broken links fixed, and old page addresses sent to the right new page
- Checks in Google Search Console (Google's free report on your website): which pages Google shows and which it has left out
- Checking the list of pages your website gives Google
- Advice on making your site faster and easier to use on a phone
- Checks for pages that repeat each other, which can confuse Google
Why we do it: So Google understands what you do and where you do it, and shows your website to the people looking for it.
Your part: Nothing, unless we need a decision from you. We show you what changed in your Zoom meetings.
AI Search (AIEO)
Every month
- A monthly AI check: we ask ChatGPT, Gemini and Google's AI the questions your customers ask, and show you who they name and which sources they use
- Your business details kept the same on Yelp (which ChatGPT uses), Apple Maps (which Siri uses) and Bing (which Microsoft's Copilot uses), matching your Google Business Profile
- Pages that answer the questions customers ask an AI tool, written from an interview with you
- A simple way to ask customers for reviews that mention the service and their town, plus replies we draft for you
- Old directory listings and wrong facts that AI tools repeat, tracked down and corrected
- A check that your hours and booking link match everywhere, and that calls get answered or get a text back
Why we do it: More people now ask an AI tool who to call, in full sentences. It can only recommend you if it finds accurate, specific information about you.
Your part: An interview about the questions your customers ask, and a yes or no when we need a fact confirmed.
New Website Pages
2 to 3 a month
- For example, a page for a service you want more of
- A page for a town or neighborhood you serve
- A page that answers a question customers keep asking
- Built right on your website through My AI Editor
Why we do it: Each useful page gives Google and AI tools one more reason to send someone to you, and gives a customer the answer they came for.
Your part: Tell us what you want more of. You approve each page before it goes live.
Zoom Meetings
Two 1-hour meetings a month
- What went out, and how it performed
- What is coming next, and anything you want changed
- Your questions, answered
- An SEO audit before each meeting, with what we found and what we fixed
Why we do it: You always know what you are paying for, and you never have to chase anyone for an update.
Your part: Bring your questions. We bring the rest.
Google and Facebook Ads
Managed at any budget, included in the price
Google Ads
- Setting up your ad campaigns
- Choosing the searches your ads appear for, and checking what people actually typed
- Blocking searches that waste money
- Showing your ads only in the areas you serve
- Writing the ads
- Checking that calls and form fills from your ads get counted
- Budget recommendations, and adjusting what you pay per click
- Advice on the page people see after they click an ad
Facebook ads
- Setting up your campaigns
- Choosing who sees your ads, including people who already visited your website
- Ad wording, and advice on photos and video
- Ads that bring in inquiries or website visits
- Promoting your recent work
- Budget recommendations
- Watching results and fixing what is not working
Why we do it: Ads can bring in calls quickly, but money leaks out of campaigns nobody watches. Someone has to keep checking what is working.
Your part: Pay your ad budget directly to Google and Facebook, and approve the offers we promote.
Plan, Approve, Publish, Review
Everything happens in your Content Studio, so you can see the whole month in one place.
We Plan It
We plan the month’s posts and emails around the services and towns you want more of.
You Approve It
Each piece comes to your email with Approve, Ask for Changes and Skip buttons. Nothing goes out without your yes.
We Publish It
Approved posts go out on schedule on Facebook, Instagram and your Google Business Profile. Blog posts publish straight to your website.
We Review It Together
Two Zoom meetings a month to go over results and plan what is next, with an SEO audit before each one.
What Is Not Included, and When Another Package Fits Better
Not Included in Full-Service Marketing
- Your ad budget itself, which you pay directly to Google and Facebook
- Hosting, if we host your website: $59 a month
- Moving your website to My AI Editor, if it is not there yet: $400 when you start a package (sites over 100 pages are quoted)
- Work outside the package, like photography, video or a large website project: always talked through with you first, then quoted or billed at $135 an hour
Content, SEO and AI Search
$1,500 a month
Fits better if you do not run ads, or are happy to add ads management separately. The same blog posts, SEO, AI search and meetings, with one new page a month instead of 2 to 3, and without weekly email, video reels or Google Business Profile posts.
See this packageContent and SEO
$950 a month
Fits better if you mainly want steady posts, emails and SEO for Google. Half the blog posts, one meeting a month, and no AI search or new pages. Ads management can be added.
See this packageHere is the math on ads. Until your ad spend reaches $14,000 a month, Content, SEO and AI Search plus the ads add-on costs less than Full-Service. Full-Service still makes sense if you want weekly emails, posts on your Google Business Profile, and a fee that does not change with your ad budget.

Questions About Full-Service Marketing
Why is ads management a flat price here?
So your fee does not grow as your ad budget grows. On the other two packages, ads management is an add-on at $250 a month or 10% of your ad spend, whichever is greater. At $14,000 a month in ads, Full-Service costs the same as Content, SEO and AI Search plus that add-on, and it includes more.
Do I still pay Google and Facebook?
Yes. Your ad budget goes straight from you to Google and Facebook, and you keep control of both accounts. Your package price covers managing them. The ad spend itself is yours.
Is there a contract?
No long-term contract. It is month to month, with no setup fee, and you can stop any month.
What happens if I stop?
You keep everything: your accounts, your website, every post, page and email we made, and all of your photos. If we host your website, hosting, maintenance and support continue at $59 a month.
Do I need a new website?
No. Your website does need to run on My AI Editor, the website system we use to publish your posts and build your pages. If your site is somewhere else today, we move it for you: $400 when you start a package, or $500 on its own. Sites over 100 pages are quoted after we look at them.
Can you guarantee results?
No. Nobody can honestly guarantee a top spot on Google or a mention in ChatGPT, and you should be careful with anyone who does. We can promise the work gets done every month, and that you see what was done and how it is performing.
What happens on the free first call?
We help you find and get access to your accounts, like your web address, Google and social media, and get organized. That comes before any talk about a package.
Not Sure Where You Stand? Start With the Checkup.
A few easy questions about your accounts, and a score that shows where to start. Then a free first call to get you organized, before we ever talk about a package.
